In 2014, after several years in food service, I started Dusty Apron Bakery as a side hobby. What began as a creative outlet quickly became something more. A few years later, I acquired Whippoorwill Grazing, and eventually merged the two into one brand: Herb & Grain—where flavor, creativity, and stunning presentation meet.
Every table, box, or cake I style reflects my philosophy: food should delight the senses, spark conversation, and create memories. I live for the good food shimmy—that moment when someone tastes something so delicious they just have to move. Through the ups, downs, and everything in between, I’ve learned that the magic isn’t just in the food—it’s in the connection it fosters, the smiles it inspires, and the moments it helps make unforgettable.
