1. How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. For Grazing Tables, please fill out our inquiry form, and we’ll respond within 48 hours to confirm details.
2. I want to place an order, but I don’t see my desired time slot. What do I do?
Sometimes we reach our order capacity. If your preferred time isn’t available, please call or email us — we may still be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. Please note: we are closed for orders on Mondays and Tuesdays.
3. What is your allergen policy?
We work in a shared kitchen that handles a variety of ingredients, so we cannot guarantee zero risk of cross-contact. However, we do take every precaution possible to avoid noted allergens when preparing your order. Please contact us before placing your order to verify that we can accommodate your request.
4. Do you allow modifications or special requests?
We offer a variety of common modifications through our online ordering. For special requests, please call us before placing your order so we can confirm availability. Some modifications may incur additional charges.
5. I want to book a Grazing Table. How do I do that?
To book a Grazing Table, please fill out our inquiry form and allow up to 48 hours for a response. You can also visit our Catering tab for more details on our services.
6. How long can my tray or table be out at room temperature?
For food safety reasons, all grazing items must be consumed or discarded within 4 hours of set-up. We recommend planning your event timeline accordingly to ensure the freshest and safest experience for your guests.
7. How long is my tray good for if I keep it in the fridge?
We recommend all trays and boards to be consumed within 24 hours for optimal freshness
8. What are your portions sizes?
All of our trays, boards, and tables are appetizer portions. If you are looking to serve more of a meal portion, we recommend sizing up your board by at least 50%.
9. What all comes on your charcuterie trays?
All of our trays will includes a variety of premiums meats, cheeses, grapes & seasonal fruits, briny bites (think olives, cornichons), dried fruit, nuts, chocolate bites, honey or jam, and crackers on the side.
