Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Refunds *Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop are eligible for a full refund. *Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, but you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Just email us at hello@herbandgrainco.com with their name and contact info. If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. We often have a waitlist and may be able to fill your spot. If your spot is filled, we’re happy to offer a one-time reschedule to a future class. Weather Policy Safety is our top priority—for both our attendees and class hosts. Please note that participants often travel from across the region, so while weather may not impact your area, it could affect others. If we need to cancel due to inclement weather, you will be given the option of: *A rescheduled class date *A credit toward a future class *A refund (at the discretion of the class host) Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our small business!
